• Antidepressant drugs, Monoamine oxidase inhibitors
• Pregnancy: Use of SAMe in pregnancy should only be considered when benefits clearly outweigh the potential risks. There is insufficient reliable information available about the use of SAMe at higher doses, for extended periods of time, or during the earlier trimesters of pregnancy.
• Lactation: not advised due to insufficient safety data

Excipients
Croscarmellose sodium, vegetable oil, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, stearic acid, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, acryl-eze enteric coating.

Warning
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains Vitamin B6). Individuals who are using prescription antidepressants or suffer from bipolar depression should not use this product unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replaced a balanced diet.
