It took us over five years to find this amazing Ceylon cinnamon (commonly referred to as “true cinnamon”).  This cinnamon has a more delicate flavor than our cassia cinnamon.  If you are looking for that traditional cinnamon flavor and are using it for baking- try our cassia cinnamon.
