Sinus Catarrh, sinus disorders and allied conditions. Catarrh is the troublesome discharge formed as a result of inflammation of the mucous membranes at the back of the nose. Combination Q incorporates four tissue salts to help relieve these symptoms.

• Ferr phos (Ferrum phosphate)
• Kali mur (Potassium chloride)
• Kali sulph (Potassium sulphate)

DIRECTIONS: Infants: ( 0 -11 months): 1/4 tablet up to 3 x a day Children (1-11 years) 1/2 tablet up to 3x a day Adult: 1 tablet up 6 x a day
